- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Socks (opened packages)
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Eyewear (unless defective)
- Any item showing signs of wear or without original packaging
Return Process

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging and attach the return label. For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after return approval
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement in your return request
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges (within original region)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement
